Now You Hear Us

Nå Hører Dere Oss ("Now You Hear Us") is a print-based project that amplifies the voices of Bodø residents as they reflect on and imagine the future of their city and community. Designed for artist Steffi Klenz as part of a broader body of work for Bodø 2024 European Capital of Culture, the project brings together personal narratives, hopes, and critical reflections, capturing a collective portrait of a city in transition. Exhibited during the summer of 2024 at Atelier Nōua in Bodø, the work invites audiences to listen closely to those who live, work, and shape the everyday life of the region. Through a blend of visual storytelling and local engagement, Nå Hører Dere Oss acts as both documentation and provocation—a call to hear and heed the voices of a changing Norway.
