Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios Print 2019

Inspired by DIY skate ‘zine’ culture of the 1980s as a method of cultural exchange between skateboarding communities in a pre internet era, this zine was design to accompany the Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios & Long Live Southbank contribution to the Oslo Triennale 2019. 'Undergrowth' contains snippets of Southbank skateboarding and architecture, including details of the recent undercroft restoration campaigned for by the community and designed by FCB Studios. Edited by project architect Chris Allen it features archive imagery accompanied with essays by Old Mould on democratic space, and Louis Woodhead on the importance of maintaining freedoms within spaces like the Southbank Undercroft.
